1. How can I fund my Account?

Omplix accepts major credit/debit cards, bank wire and popular eWallets as payment methods. If questions about other payment options come up, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

2. What currencies can I hold in my account?

The currency of your account with us is in USD, however, you can fund your account using EUR and GBP currency. Our customer support is available to answer any questions, regarding the currencies.

3. How quickly are my deposits reflected in my account

Omplix processes deposits immediately when you use credit/debit cards as a payment method. Wire transfers and the use of eWallets can take up to a few days to reflect in your trading account.

4. How do I request a withdrawal?

Verified account holders are the only ones that can make withdrawals. To verify your account, please submit the documents required for the verification process of your account. If you need more information about the verification of your account, don’t hesitate to contact our support team to help you out. If your account is already verified, please, go to your personal transaction page and submit the amount you would like to withdraw.

5. How long is the withdrawal process?

Omplix takes up to 7 business days to process your withdrawal, when all verification steps have been completed by the client. Wire transfers may require additional paperwork and some extra processing time.
